We leave communication with your dedicated Buddle RPs entirely up to you. You can add your Buddle RP to any internal chat system you use (Slack, Teams, etc) and communicate with them as you normally would with your team member. You can reach your Buddle Account Manager anytime.

To ensure that your expectations are consistently met, we touch base with each client at least twice a month for 1:1 check-ins via email, phone and Zoom.

• We charge an all-inclusive fee of $3000 AUD +GST per month per Remote Admin Support Professional (fixed rate) that covers their wage, benefits, paid leave, training, certification, onboarding, reporting, account management services, etc.

• We invoice monthly, 15 day payment term (can increase to monthly if needed)

• 1-week termination notice during the first 60 days

• 60 days termination notice after the first 60 days- however if it's due to poor performance and you keep us in the loop of what's going on, we can reduce this.

The working hours of our Remote Professionals (RPs) can be tailored to suit your specific needs. While many of our clients prefer their RPs to work during the same hours as their onshore team, typically from 9am to 5pm, the specific working hours will depend on the requirements of the role you have in mind. We can discuss and determine the contracted hours that align with your business objectives and ensure a seamless collaboration.
