Approximately 4 weeks. After you brief us on your business needs, we will complete a search and utilise our own pool of epic talent, provide you with a shortlist of candidates and assist you with interviewing. Once you have chosen your top pick we will employ them and assist in onboarding them to your team.

We provide basic training for the remote professionals in some instances. For example for our Property Agents we will pay for training to understand the nuances of the Australian Real Estate Market. Some candidates may already have experience working in the same field and it will be good practice to make sure that they realign their knowledge to match their new assignment. Should it be necessary, Buddle also covers for Real Estate Certification for your RPs in your area.

No, there is not a separate management fee.

We pay our RP’s a wage and on top of this provide them with a generous benefits package, which includes top health care insurance for them and one dependent, quarterly performance incentives, anniversary and birthday presents, fortnightly virtual happy hour and group holidays to some of the beautiful Philippine destinations.

Our clients love our straightforward invoicing system. Client’s receive a monthly invoice with their contractor’s set wage and that’s it, no added surprises. The only additions you will see are client initiated or pre approved overtime.

· 10-14 RPs: $1000AUD monthly reduction
· 15-19 RPs: $1500AUD monthly reduction

We try to structure our contracts fairly with exit clauses should you want to bring your team in-house in the future. You may hire your RP directly after they have provided services to you for a period of over 6 months. The hiring fee is dependent on the time rendered to Buddle.
