Hannah founded Buddle in 2019 after a decade in healthcare management and delivery in Sydney. Having built a career managing large teams of clinical nurses she brings a hands-on approach and expertise in relationship development and staff professionalism.

Hannah has a sincere interest in finding the best talent solutions for the companies she partners with and is motivated to work with high-performing, Filipino professionals to assist with their career goals. Her approach is consultative and collaborative, taking the time to understand your business goals, challenges and culture before recommending solutions that align with your strategic objectives.

Hannah’s favourite activity is travelling with her 3 children and husband, immersing herself in different cultures and ways of life. When she’s not working or travelling, she stays grounded and energised through her love of ocean swimming and hot yoga.

Kristine helped shape Buddle alongside Hannah and Billy in 2019. Her extensive years of experience in Client Success and Operations allowed her to effectively create a company that is able to provide the needs of both its partners and remote professionals in a well-balanced manner.

Kristine champions a holistic and intimate approach to service delivery, taking time to truly understand our clients business, offering tailored solutions, making her Buddle’s reliable go-to-person. Through her and her team’s efforts, Buddle has achieved an enjoyable and
excellence-driven team culture where both clients and staff feel valued and well cared for.

You’ll find Kristine spending time with family and her furry babies at home or near nature, creating beautiful memories, when she’s not working.

Minji joined Buddle in March 2023 as the Head of Growth & Partnerships. Before Buddle, she worked in senior executive roles across the Australian IT/Digital sector for over 12 years managing B2B marketing projects. She is now on a mission to grow Buddle to the next level!

Bringing the much needed “human touch” to sales, marketing and client engagement here at Buddle, Minji prides herself in her natural ability to connect, empathise and find common ground with clients & partners. She is driven to communicate and add value to them in creative ways.

Minji lives in Tasmania with her partner and two young children. When she’s not working, she loves to spend time in Nature – exploring, hiking and taking photographs of Tasmanian Wilderness with her old (yet much-loved) DSLR Camera. She also enjoys cooking for friends & family.

Tara joined Buddle in late 2021, and started as a Remote Professional for one of Buddle’s OG accounts, before successfully transitioning over to the Buddle Support Team as their People and Culture Associate.

Per Tara, “Since I also started as an RP, I have an in-depth understanding of what an RP goes through and what support they need, which makes my job a lot easier to do knowing that I was in their shoes before.”

She is also currently managing her own home-based travel agency business due to her love of travelling and mingling with people from different cultures, and is also a fur mom to four crazy cats!

Buddle was established in 2019 by Hannah Crock, in response to what she saw was a growing need for a trusted and value-driven Offshore Remote Team solution with a personalised and human touch. In her previous career as a Nurse Unit Manager, she engaged a big BPO to provide admin assistance. She experienced first hand the trials and tribulations of a typical BPO and thought this could be done better and differently. Hence Buddle was born.

Hannah recognised the abundance of highly-educated graduates in the Philippines who were seeking the freedom of remote work, avoiding long commutes and the need to relocate from their families to a big city. Additionally, she observed the appeal of the Australian time zone and the cultural similarities between the two countries. When she took her first maternity leave from nursing, she explored the offshore outsourcing industry head-on.

First stop was finding her trusty wing woman, Kristine Remoto, a Filipino expert in remote staff solutions, with over 10 years in the industry, Kristine is an indispensable key to Buddle's success. They have thoughtfully assembled a powerhouse team and are committed to expanding it as the business grows.
