Building Community: Joanna's Core Focus

Joanna is a Hero Support and Community Agent for Urban, one of Buddle’s UK clients. She is responsible for building a good relationship between the therapist and Urban. She supports the therapists by making sure their profile is optimised for a higher chance of getting booked. She also handles therapist community forums, communication emails as well as creating the monthly newsletter.

Introduced to Buddle by a friend, Joanna embarked on a new adventure that initially seemed daunting due to the work-from-home setup (Buddle is her first #remotejob).
