Every month, we take a moment to highlight one of Buddle's exceptionally skilled Remote Professionals (RPs) who generously share their experience working with us. We are thrilled to announce that the spotlight for this month goes to 🥁... GP Matanguihan, Trades and Service Specialist!
GP is one of our dynamic RP’s who started working with Buddle in October 2023. In the short amount of time that she’s been working with our Australian client, TileCloud, GP has swiftly immersed herself in their processes. Through this hands-on experience, GP not only expanded her skill set but also grew beyond her initial role.
When asked why she would recommend Buddle over other options, GP pointed out, “The work culture. The company is structured, well-organised, and cares for its staff". GP values how Buddle fosters an environment where individuals feel cared for and appreciated. This commitment to nurturing a positive workplace and open communication amongst staff and management, resonates strongly with GP, making Buddle a standout choice among potential opportunities.
GP's most notable achievement in this role with her client, has been the development of process documents for their customer service team. Upon joining, she observed a lack of adequate training and process resources within the team. In response, GP proactively established a network of valuable processes designed to support and enhance the team's effectiveness. This initiative has contributed to the overall success of her role and greatly improved client satisfaction.
Off duty, GP prioritises moments of pure relaxation and connection with her family. It's her personal way of recharging and ensuring a healthy work-life balance. 👨👩👦
